We're sorry you didn't love your LYLAL. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order on Lylal.
Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return.
You may return all products within 30 days of delivery.
If the item(s) are returned in its original condition and the packaging is in as good as new condition, we offer a full refund of the item(s).
All goods returned will be inspected for damage and authenticity upon receipt. Lylal reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace and return the item(s) to you.

If the goods are returned to the wrong address, we reserve the right to refuse to refund if the goods are not received by our return center.
We don't accept the return and refund when the product is in transit, you can ask for a return or refund after you receive the parcel, and when we get the package, we will refund you.
(Please note that: Once the package arrives, if you refuse to pick it up, it will be returned to the local post office and will be destroyed. So we cannot receive the product. For that, we will reserve the right to refuse processing a refund).
The package arrives at the destination. If the post office can't contact you, we will contact you via SMS and email.
We will remind you to take the package within the validity period. If you won't take the package within the agreed period, the package will be returned by the post office and Destroyed, we will consider you've already taken the package, in this situation, we will not allow a refund.
Yes within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:
- Securely pack the items in a box.
- Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
- Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
- Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via www.lylal.com the return policy applied to the shop where you did purchase the product.
Orders We Do Not Accept to be Returned
- For international orders, any additional fees for dispatch internationally, duty, or local tax are also all non-refundable.
- Customized products cannot be returned. Product warranty is available.
- Order over $500 cannot be returned. Please kindly test samples first. Product warranty is available.
- If any item arrives damaged or incorrect please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery for a replacement order. Items not claimed as damaged after this period may not be authorized for replacement.
- Christmas products are eligible for return or exchange with one exception: Christmas products are not eligible for return for any reason after December 24th of the year in which the purchase was transacted.
- Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with manufacturer's original packaging.
- Please do not send us items back that do not follow this process as they cannot be identified properly and will not be replaced or refunded.
- Once we get your parcel and confirm all returned products, we will make the refund.
- Please make sure you have read all the information on this page before proceeding with your return.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
When you place an order on lylal.com, we act quickly to process your order right away. If you would like to change an item, change your shipping address, or cancel an entire order please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you would like to add new items to your order please place a new order at lylal.com.
How can I cancel an order?
You’ll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section. If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, email email@example.com and we’ll help find an alternative solution.
I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?
If you’ve canceled your order on site and want to receive your order after all, the best way to do so is by placing a new order at checkout. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions — we’re here to help.
I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?
If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at email@example.com (and include your original #GLO order number) and we’ll take a look!
I don’t see the option to self-cancel! How can I cancel my order?
If you’ve placed an order contains a gift card, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible (including your # order number and cancel/change request) and we can help.
Refunds (if applicable)
- We don't accept the return and refund when the product is in transit, you can ask for a return or refund after you receive the parcel, and when we get the package, we will refund you.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. We issue a refund in 1 business day after we receive a return.
If you pay via PayPal, you will receive a refund instantly.
If you pay via credit card or bank account, you will receive a refund within 5-10 business days.
If you pay via bank transfer, you will receive a refund in 2-5 business days.
